Alex Prescot & Cheryl Hurst first bonded through a love of stand up. But unfortunately one of them also loves musicals. Join them for a hilarious work-in-progress night of stand up and interactive musical comedy, where maybe they’ll decide if one of those art forms should be brutally…discontinued.
But who are we?
Alex Prescot is a musical comic who often improvises off crowd work. His debut hour ‘Alex Prescot: Cosy’ was in British Comedy Guide’s list of Best-Reviewed Edinburgh Fringe Shows 2025, and he was a Musical Comedy Awards Finalist the same year. Previous reviews: ‘Impressive improvisational talents’ The Standard, ‘A very distinctive talent’ Chortle, ★★★★★ BroadwayWorld.
Cheryl Hurst is a British Canadian standup comedian. Listed by Rolling Stone as one of the 'Top 12 Rising Stars of Comedy' and British Comedy Guide's '60 Shows to see at Edinburgh Fringe', she keeps audiences laughing through her sharp, high-energy wit, quirky observations, and polished delivery.
